Damages and Issues

Please inspect your files upon download and contact us immediately if:

  • you receive the wrong file

  • your download link does not work

  • a file is corrupted or inaccessible

  • you experience technical issues accessing your template

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As all products sold by Hayati Studio are digital products delivered instantly after purchase, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Editable Canva templates

  • Digital invitation suites

  • Menus

  • Place cards

  • Table numbers

  • Mobile invitation formats

  • Any personalised or customised digital products

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • accidental purchases

  • incorrect email addresses entered at checkout

  • inability to use Canva

  • failure to read the product description before purchase

Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, exchanges are not available.

By purchasing from Hayati Studio and accessing your digital files immediately after checkout, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived.

Refunds
